Videos
Good news for American and Canadian fans of Randall and Hopkirk - NTSC copies of the series, along with many other British cult series, are available through Bonnie Vitti, Fax: (818) 842-8426, e-mail Bonnie.vitti@gte.net. These are professionally done quality conversions, and she's happy to do custom tapes for you (if you ask nicely ;-)
NB: This is for fans who would otherwise not get to see Randall and Hopkirk, due to the non-existence of NTSC format releases! PAL Standard (UK/NZ/AUS format) videos: Great news from Carlton Entertainment - They are currently re-releasing the original episodes, priced at about £9.99 each! Visit http://www.carlton.com for more details, or order your copy from http://www.blackstar.co.uk - highly reliable, and low shipping costs make them a great site to buy from. If you're just looking to complete your previous release collection, your best bet is scouring the secondhand video stores. They do sometimes turn up in unusual places!
DVD's
The new format of DVD is giving Randall & Hopkirk a new lease of life! Carlton has so far released 6 volumes of the episodes as of this writing, to DVD in the UK, offering viewers a chance to see them all over again with jaw-dropping clarity. If you live in the US or other non-region 2 country, your only chance to see these is if you have a regionless DVD-ROM or a DVD player like the Sampo; but considering the low cost of the latter, it's really not a bad investment to make to see these episodes again. The first DVD volume offers only 2 episodes, but the others contain 4, making them a sound, and worthwhile, buy at about 10 pounds each. Click on the DVD covers to go to blackstar.co.uk and order!Volume 1 Episodes:My Late, Lamented Friend and Partner; A Disturbing Case

Books
The purple-covered Randall and Hopkirk 'Bible' written by Geoff Tibballs and published by Boxtree, is the only, and best guide to the original Randall and Hopkirk. It includes forewords and reflections on the series from Kenneth Cope and Annette Andre. Again, it's hard to find, but if you can get hold of it, it's a great reference book to have. You can try Cusack Books; they have the expertise in tracking down deleted or rare items no longer available in stores. Its ISBN: 0-7522-0915-9

Desktop Calendars
I've decided to venture into making wallpapers myself - a new, monthly desktop that features our favourite trio and the month itself, making it not only decorative, but useful! I'm aiming to have them out at the beginning of each month, in both 800x600 and 1024x768 format. Simply click for either resolution, right click the image that loads and select, "Set as Wallpaper." I'm planning on releasing the older calendar desktops without the calendar elemtn so folks can use them anytime. If I'm slacking, email me and give me a prod, ok? Enjoy!

Mood Icons
This is my latest pet project - Mood Icons. These small GIF's are created to reflect your mood, to be used on LiveJournal, the popular journalling site, your website, or anywhere you'd like. The first set, Marty, is already complete. Bear in mind that these emotions can be interpreted to mean whatever you want, not just what they're labelled as (e.g. Ecstatic and Accomplished can be the same icon). I'm planning on a Jeff and a Jean set as well. My only conditions: please download and link to them from your own webspace, and credit me as their creator. Thanks, and... enjoy!

Sounds
I don't have much in the way of sounds to be honest; I simply don't have the technology to grab .wav's from the episodes. What I have here was generously given me by folks on the Randall and Hopkirk mailing list for use here on this site. Thanks! FullMoon.wav (24K) - Jeff: "Is it a full moon or have you been at the incense again?" Car.wav (181K) - Marty criticises Jeff's driving. Not Quite (92K) - The darker side of Marty Hopkirk Marty appears - The famous harpsichord sound "I don't know about you, miss, but I could murder a cuppa tea."
